Good Evening Seinäjoki

Anna-Stiina, Katri and I are on a "road trip" in Ostrobothnia. We are attending an intensive 4 day long- silver smithing course in Kurikka. In Mietaankylä to be more precise, in a place called Mietaan Markki. Mietaankylä was named after one of the Finland's most famous cross country skiers Juha "Jussi" Mieto.

Our course starts tomorrow, Monday, but on our way to Seinäjoki where we are staying at Anna-Stiina's mum's house, we visited a place called Frantsilan Luomuyrttitila which is located in Hämeenkyrö; 217 kilometers from Helsinki.

We wanted to visit their gorgeous herb garden, but unfortunately it was yet set up properly. All the name tags were missing and some of the plants, but one could still get a good idea of their extensive herb collection, both commercial and wild:)

They also carry a superb range of organic health - and cosmetic products from their own label made in Finland and best selected goodies worldwide.
